Canal+ France and Canal+ Afrique have picked up seasons one and two of the live-action comedy/drama (8 x 30′ per season) from Amsterdam-based prodco Juliet at Pupkin about an 11-year-old boy who speaks to the dead and helps them complete their unfinished business. Canal+ plans to start broadcasting it in March 2027. VRT (Belgium) and NRK (Norway) have acquired season one. An awards darling that has picked up wins at Cinekid and Prix Jeunesse, the series’ second season recently won the Best Screenplay Award at The Netherlands Film Festival 2026.
